Kathy Mulgrew, CPM®, RPA, CCIM, LEED® AP

Chief Executive Officer

More than 30 years of corporate real estate experience serving as the Corporate Real Estate Officer (CREO) for multi-million dollar companies throughout the U.S. Expert knowledge of real estate standards, processes, procedures, policies, metrics and best practices. Specialist developing long-term business plans and directing real estate to achieve optimal results for over 50 corporate clients to date.
Ability to add value to the total cost of occupancy and increase efficiency to improve the bottom line. Experience developing creative workplace solutions resulting in stronger brand awareness and higher employee productivity. Negotiated more than 1,000 leases totaling over 5,000,000 square feet as part of the implementation of corporate client strategies.
Strategically managed real estate totaling 30 million square feet in 97 U.S. cities with an asset value of $4 billion. Successfully and actively developed and managed annual operating budgets in excess of $400 million. Earned prestigious industry designations: CPM®, RPA, CCIM, LEED® AP and Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. Earned a BA from The University of North Texas.

Senior Project Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Chris has extensive project and construction management experience, focusing on project planning & administration, budget planning & oversight, bid administration, contract negotiations & administration, vendor & contractor management, team leadership & development, risk & safety management, quality management & best practices, value engineering and project schedule administration.

Founded and operated successful commercial construction general contracting and construction management consulting firms, overseeing projects of varying size and complexity in a wide variety of industries, including commercial office/tenant improvement, industrial, medical, entertainment, food production, manufacturing, sports, hospitality and multi-family residential. Utilizes strong organizational, communication, analytical and strategic management skills to develop successful and long lasting relationships with associates, vendors and clients.

Chris is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and LEED AP. He earned a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
